Scenic Cleans - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Scenic Cleans ("we," "us," "our") to customers ("you," "your"). By booking a service with Scenic Cleans, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
Scenic Cleans offers professional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential, commercial, and specialised cleaning tasks. The specific scope of services will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the scheduled cleaning date.

2. Booking and Scheduling
Booking: To book a service, you must provide accurate and complete information regarding your cleaning needs, location, and any special requirements. Services are subject to availability.

Changes & Cancellations: You may change or cancel a booking with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of $50.

Arrival Window: Our cleaning team will arrive at the scheduled time. If there are any delays, we will notify you in advance.

3. Payment
Pricing: The price for the cleaning services will be quoted at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change depending on the specific requirements of the service.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

Late Payment: A late fee of $25 will be applied to your invoice to any payments made more than 2 days after the service date.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Access to Property: You must ensure that our cleaning staff has access to the areas to be cleaned. If you live in a gated community or require special access instructions, you must provide them in advance.

Valuables & Fragile Items: Scenic Cleans is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to valuables or fragile items left in the cleaning area. We recommend securing any high-value or fragile items before our team arrives.

Pets: If you have pets, you must inform us in advance. While we will make every effort to accommodate pets, we are not liable for any incidents involving pets during the service.

Health & Safety: If there are any specific health, safety, or environmental conditions (e.g., allergies, hazardous materials) that our team should be aware of, you must notify us in advance.

5. Our Responsibilities
Quality of Service: We aim to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 12 hours.

Staff Conduct: Our cleaning staff is fully trained and will carry out the cleaning tasks in a professional manner. They are expected to behave respectfully and follow the safety protocols in your home or business.

Insurance: Scenic Cleans holds general liability insurance to cover any accidental damages caused during the cleaning process. If damage occurs due to our cleaning services, please report it immediately.

6. Liability and Damages
Damages: While we take great care to ensure your property is not damaged during cleaning, Scenic Cleans is not responsible for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or damage caused by improper cleaning equipment or methods.

Force Majeure: Scenic Cleans will not be held liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or any force majeure events.

7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will keep all information provided to us confidential. We will not share your personal details or information about your property with third parties unless required by law or with your prior consent.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Scenic Cleans harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to Terms
Scenic Cleans reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Queensland, Australia.
